Exchanges for Wrong, Defective, or Damaged Products

If you receive a wrong, defective, or damaged product, please contact us immediately at info@quierote.es. We will assist you as soon as possible to replace it without any problems.

Returns

You can return a product if you don't like it, it's not what you expected, it doesn't fit your needs, or for any other reason. You have 30 days from the delivery date to return any product.

Products must be in perfect condition with their original packaging intact. Send us an email to info@quierote.es to inform us that you are returning the product, and we will inform you of the procedure to follow for returning the product.

When we receive the package and verify that it is in good condition, we will refund the amount to the bank account you indicated within a maximum of 7 days.

Shipping costs for returned products are the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to defects in the merchandise or a service error.
