Milky Oolong
Oolong tea, also called blue tea.
It is a variety of semi-fermented tea, it is found between green and black tea.
A rich tea that appears in many legends and triggers an explosion of flavors on the palate. A wonderful Oolong with tender, sweet aroma and a note of creamy milk.

There are several myths about its production process (some seem real, others romantic legends). For example, flavoring by means of milk steam and water that would stop fermentation. Another myth is that the leaf of this tea is harvested in seasons of intense cold, giving it its characteristic softness. As well as the romantic story that tells that the Moon falls in love with a Comet and that when it disappears, the Moon exhales a cold breath on the Earth, thus emerging the Milky Oolong.
Either way, the result is really dazzling.

El sabor es muy curioso con ese toque de leche. Para tomar de vez en cuando resulta muy agradable, La única pega que le veo es que deja sabor en el filtro de té.
